How to reach us:
Ferrara is located in the North-East of Italy. The city is 45 km far from Bologna and 110 km far from Venezia.

From Bologna and Venezia you can take a train to Ferrara (about 30min from
Bologna and 1hour from Venezia). Follow these links for the train timetables:
If you travel by car, you can take the A-13 highway Bologna- Padova. There are
two possible exits: Ferrara Nord and Ferrara Sud (suggested).
The Mathematics Department of Ferrara is located in Via Machiavelli, 35. When you arrive at the train station you can take bus #1 or #9 and stop in Corso Giovecca near St'Anna's Hospital. From there you walk throught Via Mortara and then turn left in Via Bovelli. Take the first street on your right (after a few meters) and follow it. You'll reach the Mathematics Department in a couple of minutes.
